Planning & Approvals
The team finalizes structural and architectural drawings and ensures compliance with UK building regulations. Applications for planning permission are submitted if your property alterations require it. Liaise and organise with Building control for site visits and sign off

Strip Out & Structural
Safe removal of existing internal fixtures and non-structural elements. Identification and compliant removal of any hazardous materials. Structural alterations including steelwork, wall removals, and reinforcements. Temporary supports and checks to ensure safety and compliance throughout.

Handover & Sign-Off
The project manager conducts a "snagging" phase to fix any minor imperfections. Final building control sign-offs are completed, and a full building clean is carried out.
